Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Like a well-executed power play, we’ve designed this process to be fast and efficient.
Important Exceptions:
For player safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Finger Protection gear
- Jocks & Jills (protective undergarments)
- Customized Bauer Sticks with player modifications
- Opened Grips or tape products
How to Return Your Gear
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer defense squad at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to speed up processing:

Step 2: Receive Your RMA
Within 1 business day, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Need a different size or model? Follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved. For faster service, mention “Exchange Request” in your email subject line and specify your preferred replacement item.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method – DHL and FedEx provide the most reliable service for international returns.

Damaged or Defective Items
