We specialize in high-performance hockey equipment including:

Note: All products are designed to NHL specifications for optimal performance.

3.2 Product Availability

Inventory levels may change rapidly. We reserve the right to cancel orders for unavailable items.

3.3 Age Restrictions

Certain protective equipment may have age recommendations (Junior, Intermediate, etc.). It is your responsibility to select appropriate products.

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we ship your items.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct pricing errors.

5.1 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.

5.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after 1-2 day processing)

5.3 Delivery Issues

Report undelivered packages within 30 days of expected delivery date.

6.1 Return Policy

15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be:

• In new, unused condition
• In original packaging with tags attached

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Finger protection gear
• Jocks & jills (protective undergarments)
• Customized Bauer sticks
• Opened grips or tape products

6.3 Refund Process

Refunds are issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days after return inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warrior Shop shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Injuries resulting from improper use of equipment
• Events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim related to our products/services is limited to the purchase price paid.
